2. Payment
On this shop we accept Visa, Master card, Paypal, Apple pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Klarna. Your payment information are encrypted giving nor us nor any other third party access to your transactional details.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
All prices are including VAT and excluding delivery.
LAKOR are entitled to change prices at will. All prices shown are in EUR.
3. Shipping and deliveries
We ship all orders to Germany, France, Belgium and Netherlands with Parcels4You and their local Last Mile Carriers (LMCs): DHL, ColisPrive, Bpost and PostNL. Orders to the UK or Canada are shipped with FedEx. We ship all remaining orders with our Danish carrier PostNord which hands over the package to a local delivery service in your country. All deliveries are dynamically priced and insured and track and trace information are sent to you after shipping.
We offer free shipping in the EU for orders above 100€.
We offer free shipping to the UK and Canada for orders above 335€.
The goods are sent to the address you specify during checkout.
We will not capture the payment of your order until we ship it.
We usually ship all orders from our warehouse in 1-2 weekdays and the average delivery time is 5-7 days within the EU.
4. Damaged products
As prescribed by EU regulation we provide 2 years guarantee of return for any faults in the materials or production and LAKOR covers the cost of the return to a fair extend.
The right does not include damage done by faulty use of the product.

5. Refund Policy
At LAKOR we provide you with 100 days right of return on all products. If you regret your purchase you can return the items to us, and we will refund the full amount through the payment method you used when placing your order.
The product(s) need to be unused, undamaged and to the extend possible, in its original packaging.

7. Privacy Policy and Data handling
When you place an order on our website, we receive the data necessary to fulfil your order. Name, contact information, address along with the products your order. These information are securely stored at with our webshop provider Shopify.
We never receive the full information about your payment, as these are encrypted and handled by the payment provider you choose during checkout.

8. Reservations
We do our best to get everything right, but reserve our right to show wrong prices, sold out good, errors in product specification and exchange rate errors. But please contact us, if you find any such things.
Any orders we receive are subject to Force Majeure. If any such situation arise, we have the right to cancel the order or deliver the products as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to deduct and/or withhold shippingfees associated with parcel deliveries returned to us due not refusal or late collection from collect points by the customers.
