The story
The hermit crab finds value in surplus objects washed up by the sea, whether it’s old seashells or tin cans. Inspired by this mindset, we have collaborated with our producer, Grantex, to create an exclusive collection that brings new value to surplus fabrics from previous collections.
This project has shown us how complicated it can be to utilize the resources left over after production – but also that it’s possible, and that the result can be vibrant. We hope you’ll appreciate the unique shirts we’ve created – and that you’ll wear them with hermit crab pride.
The product comes in a unique tote bag featuring the same design.

Scrap Crab is our patchwork-inspired answer to a wearable collection. As you explore our Scrap Crab products, you might recognize familiar LAKOR styles that have taken on a new form. We've created a total of 10 different styles, each available in very limited quantities.
